Order ahead for collection from the restaurant's own website — no commission.

What it does

Customers order and pay on the restaurant's own site. The kitchen sees it instantly on a tablet with an alarm, taps a prep time to accept, and the customer's phone updates live. The card is only charged when the kitchen accepts; if nobody answers, the order cancels itself and no money moves.

  • Menu with options (size, sides, spice, extras) and allergens
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, card — or pay at the counter
  • Card is held at checkout, charged on Accept, released on Reject
  • Kitchen tablet: alarm, accept with prep time, reject with a reason, busy mode, sold-out, pause
  • Private live status page for the customer (unguessable link) + SMS at accepted and ready
  • Auto-cancel if the kitchen doesn't answer in 6 minutes; owner texted
